Journonya Harris-Rayner is a weight loss coach, certified fitness and nutrition coach, and owner of Slimmer and Loving It! Like many people, Journonya battled with her weight most of her life.
In 2003, an unforeseen tragedy caused Journonya to neglect herself and experience progressive weight gain. At her peak, she topped the scale at 245 pounds.
In 2011, Journonya was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. She knew the benefits of losing weight so, she decided to give it a try. Months later, she achieved her goal by losing 95 pounds.
Journonya’s weight loss and healthier living led to the creation of her business, Slimmer and Loving It!. She is passionate about her work and uses her personal testimony, knowledge, and experience to teach others about the benefits of living and maintaining a healthier lifestyle.
